    Our 2007 Parade of Home was a joy to build.  Located in Carmel Canyon, the most upscale subdivision in Iron County Utah, it has breath taking views of Shurtz Canyon.  It has a unique combination of both natural wood and stone.  It was a favorite of many who toured the home show.  This custom home was built in Cedar City, UT by SMJ Construction.  We are an award winning home builder and have been voted one of the best home builders in Southern Utah.

We have been attending the Cedar City and St. George home shows for the past ten years with the goal of finding a builder who could develop our unique vision into a reality.
